However, he submits that every year, the same problem arises

Patna High Court MJC No.2426 of 2019(4) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 and the petitioners/Institution is put to loss on account of non-uploading of the name of the College on the website, depicting it to be an affiliated college, resulting in the students not taking admission in the petitioners / Institution. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of, however, with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate suit for damages, if so advised.
