2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c)/22(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

3. As per allegation, a huge cache of intoxicating medicines was recovered from possession of the petitioners.

4. By drawing my attention towards seizure list, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the drugs were recovered from room no. 203, which has been let to Shahbaz Alam by the land lady. The FIR itself shows that the landlady Sujanti Devi has stated that she let out room No. 203 to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52440 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Sahahbaz Alam. Room Nos. 104 and 204 were given to the petitioners on rent by the same landlady. Nothing has been recovered either from Room No. 104 or from Room No. 204.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that from the premises of the petitioners, nothing was recovered.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/ Special Judge, NDPS in connection with Pirbahor P.S. Case No. 197 of 2024, subject to the condition:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
