ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as well learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the postmortem report indicated that the death was caused not on account of the anti-mortem injuries as alleged to have been inflicted by the petitioner. He further submits that prior to filing of this case, the informants have also filed a case as the Bhabhi of the petitioner have been severely beaten up for which he has annexed Annexure2.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32914 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 In view of the fact that there is case and counter case and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Ameerchand Singh, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 211/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
