JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 106/2015, instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner and others assaulted the informant. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted twice on the head of the informant with a weight.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that no motive is assigned for the quarrel and no grievous injury is found on the head of the injured. Only metacarpal bone is said to have fractured i.e. in the hand and not on any vital part of

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, Ranjit Kumar Bhandari @ Ranjit Kumar Bhandary, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Andhratharhi P.S. Case No. 106/2015; subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
