Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Patori (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.72 of 2020 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case.
It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.37343 of 2020 (Annexure 2). Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their

No.57012 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge V-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Samastipur in connection with Patori (Mohanpur) P.S.
