JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, opposite party no. 2 and learned counsel for the State It has jointly been submitted on behalf of learned counsels for the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 that the order dated 02.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20820 of 2015 be modified to the extent where the petitioner being the husband of the informant was directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant be enhanced to Rs. 3500/- per month. The order dated 02.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20820 of 2015, is modified to the extent that the husband of the informant, who is the opposite party no. 2, in the present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34849 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 application, shall deposit an amount of Rs. 3500/- per month instead of Rs. 1500/- per month in the court below which shall be released in favour of the informant.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
