JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional P.P. for the State.

The petitioner Kumer Prasad was allowed anticipatory bail along with others in Cr. Misc. No. 52151 of 2016 on 21.12.2016. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bonds up till now.

The prayer is for modification of the aforesaid order dated 21.12.2016 to the extent to give more time to furnish bail bonds.

After hearing the parties, the prayer is allowed. Further time for four weeks is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs. 1000/- (Rs. one thousand) in the victim Compensation Fund.
