The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 575 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial
