The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.82 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both the parties and both sides have sustained injury in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Case No.82 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
