Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as against the order of blacklisting and termination of the agreement, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent No. 9 and it will suffice if a direction is given to the respondent No. 9 to dispose of the appeal pending before him by fixing a time frame.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the BSFC has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the respondent No. 9 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 9 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of blacklisting and termination of agreement dated 01.03.2023 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
