Admittedly, the Tribunal has not passed the final order in terms of the order passed by this Court in L.P.A. No. 1765 of 2010, the ground has been assigned that the signature, which was to be verified from the Forensic Science Laboratory, has been returned on the ground of being a photostat copy.

The counsel for the State submits that the appropriate

Without going into the merit of the case, let the Tribunal pass a final order within three months from today. In failure to pass the order within the prescribed time, the Court will be compelled to pass an order for initiation of a contempt proceeding against him.
