Learned counsel for the petitioners is

2/4 expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3 /4 of the Explosive Substances Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application with regard to petitioner Nos. 1 and 6 namely Randhir Singh and Chhotelal Singh since they have been arrested. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the applications with regard to petitioner Nos. 1 and 6 are permitted to be withdrawn.

It is alleged that when the informant and his

3/4 father were ploughing the field, the accused persons came with riffle, iron rod, sword and started throwing bomb and firing. The informant, his father and brother received injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners and informant are agnates and in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. There is counter version of the occurrence also. Moreover, the injuries have been found to be simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner Nos. 1 and 6, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the

4/4 satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 343 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
