2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of misappropriation amounting to Rs. 7,88,239/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2023. There is no direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Though the petitioner is Branch Manager but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46183 of 2023(9) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 329 of 2011.

8. This application stands allowed.
