Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 24 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) read with section 13 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 15 liters of illegal country made liquor was seized from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
