2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of shooting the victim which hit the victim in his leg.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case. There is land dispute between the parties. In the present occurrence, both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.05.2025.

5. Learned APP for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 13 of 2024.
