The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. Case No.11 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of the informant Karu Rai is that the marriage of his sister Babita Devi was performed before 10 years with Police Rai and before 4 years, Police Rai performed remarriage with Rupni Devi. Due to that reason, Police Rai and his other family members committed the murder of his sister Babita Devi and threw her dead body in a wheat filed to conceal

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the witnesses in paragraphs-7, 8 and 9 of the case diary have clearly stated that the quarrel used to take place in between Babita Devi, the first wife of Police Rai and Rupni Devi, the second wife of Police Rai, due to that reason, Sanjit Rai, the brother of Rupni Devi, had come to the house of Police Rai, and both after taking liquor moved from the house and, thereafter, Rupni Devi accompanied Babita Devi towards filed and, thereafter, Babita Devi was murdered. Further submission is that after performing remarriage, Police Rai used to reside separate to the petitioners but the petitioners, who are father-in-law, motherin-law and Dewar of the deceased have falsely been implicated in this case with an ulterior motive.
Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Raghopur (Rustampur) P.S. Case No.11 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down
