The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 241/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/504/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Despite service of notice, opposite party No. 2 has chosen not to appear.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 241/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
