The present petition was earlier dismissed on 10.03.2014 for non-appearance of the petitioner. Later, the case was restored to its original file vide order dated 16.04.2014. After the restoration, the petitioner was directed to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 for which requisites etc. had to be filed within a period of ten days but the same was not done and the case was again dismissed. For the second time, the case was restored and the petitioner was directed to again file fresh notices for the appearance of opposite party no. 2. The aforesaid order dated 07.11.2014 was also couched in preemptory terms. That also not having been complied with, the case stood

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4981 of 2017 (4) dt.24-01-2018 dismissed.

This Court finds no good reason to restore the case to its original file. Accordingly, the application for restoration is dismissed.
