Patna High Court CWJC No.13440 of 2019 dt.08-07-2019 2/3 27.09.2018 in a departmental proceeding, which was initiated against him under the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2005.

2. Against the aforesaid order of dismissal dated 27.09.2018, the petitioner has preferred Service Appeal No. 219 of 2018 on 11.12.2018 before the Divisional Commissioner, Patna. The aforesaid service appeal has not yet been disposed off.

3. The present petition has been filed only with a prayer for a direction to the appellate authority, viz., the Divisional Commissioner, Patna to hear and dispose off the aforesaid appeal of the petitioner at the earliest.

4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the Divisional Commissioner, Patna/the appellate authority is directed to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner within a period of six weeks of the filing of a representation in that regard by the petitioner, which representation shall be filed within a period of two weeks from the date of

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
