The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that two boys and one girl took lift on the vehicle of the informant. Subsequently offered cold drinks having some toxic substance leading to the informant getting unconscious and disappeared with the vehicle. The name of the petitioner sprang up on the confessional statement of coaccused Aman Kumari and Radha Kumari as this petitioner involved in disposal of the alleged vehicle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35008 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 petitioner that except confession of the co-accused there is nothing specific collected during investigation against the petitioner.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 31 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
