Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (East Muzaffarpur) Police Station Case No 503 of 2016 registered under Sections 409, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr Miscs No 8044 and 14887 of 2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17661 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar (East Muzaffarpur) Police Station Case No 503 of 2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
