2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to the respondent number 4 to 7 to settle the land for home according to the circular of Bihar Government. The petitioner belongs to SC/ST and landless.

She is residing on government land having made a home from 50 year bearing khata number 110 plot number 1053 area 3 dismal

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be approaching with an appropriate petition alongwith the supporting documents before the Collector, Aurangabad ( the respondent no.4) in next four weeks.

4. if such petition is preferred alongwith the supporting documents in next four weeks, the Collector, Aurangabad shall take the matter to its logical conclusion preferably by 31.03.2026.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
