This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 147, 149, 325, 337, 338 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 148 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code have subsequently been added.

For land dispute the petitioner and others assaulted with lathi and bricks to the informant and others as a result whereof one of the injured died during the course of treatment. Submission of the petitioner is that there is case of case and counter case. Several persons of the petitioner's side, including the petitioner, also sustained injury at the hands of prosecution side.

Since the allegation is not specific and the petitioner, above named, is a female she the event of her arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chiksaura P.S. Case No. 60 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
