2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria Mahila P.S.Case No. 23 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 493, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the informant had got married to the petitioner in the absence of her husband and subsequently petitioner and her husband deserted her from their house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2024, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49882 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria Mahila P.S.Case No. 23 of 2024.
