Mr. Ram Naresh Ray, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard Mr. Vikram Deo Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Ram Naresh Ray, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2020, dated 03.12.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was though made accused in a case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55792 of 2021(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code but later, charge-sheet has been submitted against him under Sections 394 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has been named by one of coaccused persons of this case. Though the petitioner has earlier been made accused in two other cases, but he has not been granted bail in the aforesaid two cases as it appears from paragraph 3 of the bail application.

However looking at the period of custody of petitioner, which is from 20.03.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
