The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondents to comply with the order passed by the respondent Deputy Collector, Land Reforms in Case No. 83 of 2011-12 exercising the power conferred on the said respondent under the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (for short 'the Act'). The counsel for the State, referring to the averment made in paragraph 8 of the counter affidavit, has stated that the said order of the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms has already been complied with inasmuch as the demarcation has been made. The respondent has relied in this regard on a report dated 12.04.2014 (Annexure-E to the counter affidavit).
Even otherwise, if the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has a remedy approaching the same authority for execution/implementation of the order under section 15 of the Act.
The writ application is dismissed.
