Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 424 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that recovery of 77 grams of Brown Sugar was made from a fourwheeler in which four persons were found travelling but the petitioner is not one of them.

The petitioners who were travelling on the vehicle have already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Sepcial Judge (N.D.P.S.) Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 424 of 2020.
