JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For issuance of order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs in the nature of certiorari for quashing and setting aside the decision of the Selection Committee and the meeting of the Aam Sabha dated 07.06.2022 whereby the Respondent No. 6, namely, Dolly Kumari, has been selected for the post of Anganbadi Sevika for the Madhura Dakshin Panchayat, Ward No. 04, Narpatganj, DistrictAraria, without having the name of the respondent no. 6 in the Mapping Register.

For issuance of order/orders, direction/directions or writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and setting aside the order contained in Memo No. 129 dated 30.01.2023 passed by the District Programme Officer, Araria in the Anganbadi Appeal No.

18/2022- 23 Case No. 48/2013 whereby he has affirmed the process of selection for Anganbadi Sevika for Madhura Dakshin Gram Panchayat, Ward No. 04, P.S. Narpatganj, Araria without taking into the consideration that the name of the respondent no.6 was incorporated in the Mapping Register which was in contravention to the Anganbadi Sevika/Sahaiya Selection Guidelines, 2016.

For issuance of a direction to the Respondent Authorities to select the petitioner to the post of Anganbadi Sevika for Ward No.

4, Madhura Dakshin Panchayat, Narpatganj, Araria as she is the permanent resident of the concerned area and also her name in the mapping register and further stay the operation of the impugned order contained in Memo No.

129 dated 30.01.2023 passed by the District Programme Officer, Araria."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other
