This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed fraud and cheating the complainant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have no concern with Falkon Industry India Ltd. and they have been falsely implicated in the case due to land dispute. Heard learned APP appearing for the State who could

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Tej Pratap Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 243 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further that the petitioners will cooperate with the investigation of the case as and when required by the police.
