JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-09-2016 After some argument, Sri Shriprakash Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Madan Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. it was alleged that petitioner had obtained employment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged certificate, however under the Right To Information Act he has got information which suggests that certificate, which is being alleged as forged was valid.

No.39140 of 2016 (2) dt.21-09-2016 2/2 It goes without saying that if within a period of six weeks from today the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail with supportive documents, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
