The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Allouli P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/308/448/ 380/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and also the injury sustained by the injured, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
