The petitioners being the parents, brother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34590 of 2015 (2) dt.25-08-2015 2/2 entire in-laws family and from the accusation levelled in the FIR it appears that the offence, at best, under Section 201 IPC is made out against the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that within two years the daughter of the informant was done to death for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and the accused persons were cremating the victim and when the informant reached they escaped from the scene. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim, who as per the learned counsel for the petitioners is in custody, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
