Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila Sadar Thana Nalanda P.S. Case No.129 of 2018, registered under Section 498A and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is the wife of the petitioner. The informant was married to the petitioner in the year 2007 and since then the informant was leading happy conjugal life but the informant wants to get partition from the parents of the petitioner and when the petitioner requested the informant not to partition the property as there was none except the petitioner to look after the parents of the petitioner, the informant lodged this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43559 of 2019(2) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 case making false allegation. It is further submitted that prior to institution of the present case, the father of the petitioner gave informatory petition (Annexure-2).

Taking into consideration the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Mahila Sadar Thana Nalanda P.S. Case No.129 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
