Misc. No. 25177 of 2015, for extending the period of surrender.

The petitioners were earlier granted anticipatory bail, on 08.07.2015, wherein the petitioners were directed to appear, within two weeks, before the Officer-in-Charge, Makhdumpur (Tehta), in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta) Police Station Case No. 77 of 2015, but the petitioners could not appear within the stipulated period. The order, dated 08.07.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25177 of 2015, is modified only to the extent that the period of appearance is extended by another two weeks from today.

The order, dated 08.07.2015, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
