The present petition has been filed with a prayer to modify the order dated 1.9.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34476 of 2016 . By the said order anticipatory bail petition was disposed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54803 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 granting liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy keeping in view the fact that petitioners were already on police bail .

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any ground to review/modify my earlier order. The petition stands dismissed.
