2. The present petitioner is filed for the modification of order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6993 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits due to mis-information on the part of the Pairvikar, case number inserted in paragraph 3 of the bail application has been wrongly mentioned as Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2022 in place of Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 in result the same case number has been inserted in the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6993 of 2024.

4. In the light of the submissions made by counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49086 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 the petitioner let the necessary correction be made in last line of paragraph 6 of the order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6993 of 2024 and be read as Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 362 of 2022 in place of Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 363 of 2022.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
