JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case no. 338 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 494, 379 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife, has been settled through the process of mediation in terms of the agreement entered in between the petitioner and O.P. No.2 on 19.05.2017, which is the part of the Mediator's report. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.55429 of 2016 (5) dt.22-08-2017 2/2 let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 338 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
