The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 275 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

From the written report, it appears that 6 kg. and 100 gm. of ganja has been recovered from the house of this petitioner. It is mentioned in the written report itself that petitioner indulges in the illegal sale and purchase of the ganja. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant the petitioner anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is hereby rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6142 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail which shall be disposed of by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
