Mr.Jitendra Kumar Roy ( Sc13 ) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-05-2025 Heard Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.Jitendra Kumar Roy, learned SC 13 for the State.
2. Petitioners have inter alia prayed for following
Patna High Court CWJC No.16668 of 2021(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/3 reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to the respondent authorities to grant approval of the appointments of petitioners who have been appointed as assistant teachers in Primary-cum-Middle Sanskrit School, Sonkukara Bhojpur P.S. Masaurhi, DistrictPatna (hereinafter referred as schools in question) against the sanctioned and vacant post after following due procedure of appointment and respondents further be directed to issue necessary order regarding payment of salary to the petitioners treating deemed to be approve of the appointment of petitioners as per chapter 3(8) of the Bihar non Government Sanskrit School (Service condition) Rules 1976 as they are working since 22.12.2014 and to grant any other consequential benefits/relief(s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

It is informed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the the petitioners that part compliance has been made because the petitioners claim that they are entitled for payment of grant with effect from the date, the posts were sanctioned and they were appointed and in this regard, petitioners seek to file a detailed representation before the Secretary, of Bihar Sanskrit Education Board, Patna.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioners, the Secretary, of Bihar Sanskrit Education Board is directed to call for the service particulars relating to the petitioners and verify from the records the date when the posts were sanctioned and the petitioners were appointed on their respective posts and thereafter dispose of the representation/s of
Patna High Court CWJC No.16668 of 2021(3) dt.09-05-2025 3/3 the petitioners in accordance with law, expeditiously.
