Petitioners have filed this modification application for modification of order dated 8.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30421 of 2019 whereby allowing the anticipatory bail petition, the petitioners were directed to surrender before the learned court within four weeks and furnish bail bond.

Petitioners have sought extension of time for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42426 of 2019(2) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 surrender before the learned lower court submitting that the petitioners happen to be labourer and had gone out of the State for their livelihood, hence, they could not surrender before the learned lower court in compliance of the order of this Court within stipulated period.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned lower Court and furnish bail bond within four weeks from today. Accordingly, the order dated 08.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30421 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above and this application is disposed of.
