2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., on 17.10.2024 at about 13:00 hours, the informant's son went to Madhepura to drop his sister Kanchan Devi so as to catch bus to Simrahi. When he did not return home till evening, informant called his son and his son told that he was with Santosh Yadav. On 18.10.2024 at around 07:00 O'clock in the morning, the village chowkidar informed that informant's son has been killed. The informant believes that F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner and other unknown persons, under a conspiracy, have killed his son.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has figured in this case on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Santosh Kumar. Save & except this, there is nothing against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. There is no eye-witness to the occurrence.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 213 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
