JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching of motorcycle and mobile. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of petitioner. He further submits that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2019, yet T.I. Parade has not been conducted.

Considering the fact that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the petitioner has remained in custody for
