2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking modification of order dated 10.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22734 of 2019 by granting further time to petitioner no. 3, Rangila Bind to surrender and furnishing bail bond before the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 as the petitioner no. 3

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42480 of 2019(2) dt.17-07-2019 2/2 could not surrender before the learned trial Court within the stipulated time as he is working as a labourer outside his village.

3. Owing to the extenuating circumstances as described in the modification petition, the time granted for surrender and furnishing bail bond by petitioner no. 3, Rangila Bind before the learned CJM, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 282 of 2018 is hereby extended by four weeks from today.

4. The modification petition stands allowed.
