The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 448 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is a case and counter case. In the aforesaid background, allegation is that the petitioners entered in the house of informant dragged her outside and outraged her modesty. Submission is that false allegation is there on account of dispute between the two neighbours.
