The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj P. S. Case No. 642 of 2016 instituted under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 327, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that due to parking of vehicles, quarrel took place between the informant and the accused persons and the allegation is that the accused persons assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and also with rod and belt and snatched away Rs. 6000/- with other articles. Submission is that both sides quarreled over the issue of parking of their vehicles and there is no injury to anybody and allegation of snatching money and other articles is false and this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6593 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 petitioner has no criminal antecedent, except one case under the Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Md. Guddu, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S.Case No. 642 of 2016; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
