JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted the informant and his family members and also taken away one golden chain.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners no. 5, 6 and 7 are ladies. It is a case and counter case. In para-7 of the petition it has been submitted that injuries are simple in nature. Both parties are Gotias.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.39723 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2 / 2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case no. 78 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
