Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 102 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is dispute with regard to signature of the petitioner on the receipt.

Learned cousnel for the petitioner submits that it is not the signature of the petitioner on the receipt.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that it is the signature of the petitioner on the receipt.

Learned counsel for the petitioner for showing his bona fide has submitted that he will deposit Rs. 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakh) in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2403 of 2021(3) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 learned court below and shall be retained by the court below. The Court below will get the signature on the receipt verified from the Central Forensic Science Laboratory, National Medical College & Hospital No.- 30, Gorachand Road, Opp. Calcutta Park Circus, Beniapukor, Kolkata, West Bengal-700014.

If, the signature is found of the petitioner, then the amount of Rs. 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakh) shall be released in favour of opposite party no.2.

If, the signature is not found of the petitioner, then the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on provisional bail till verification of her signature on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. Till this exercise is done, the petitioner shall remain on interim anticipatory bail.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
