Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present application, the petitioner has been acquitted from all the charges and, as such, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Earlier, a report was also called for vide order dated 20.05.2022 and from the report, it appears that the petitioner has been acquitted.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the present application stands dismissed as
