Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 827 C of 2015 registered under Sections420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case due to dirty village politics. There is no document on record to support the allegations levelled. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10353 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 827 C of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
