2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Munger is functioning, therefore an appropriate direction be issued to the Tribunal to consider the Appeal Case No. 44 of 2019 (Sarita Kumari Vs. the Director, Primary Education and Ors.).

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the issuance of such a direction to the Appellate Authority.

4. Having regard to the kind of submissions made before this Court, this Court is of the considered opinion that the District Teacher Appellate Authority, Munger must consider and dispose of the Appeal Case No. 44 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
